Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.
When properly performed safely, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, increased metabolism, improved cardiac function, and elevated HDL ("good") cholesterol.
All sessions at 60 minutes and are one on one, giving you that personal attention you deserve. Rates range from $60-75 depending on package purchased.
We also provide online training/coaching. Our programming is based on your needs and goals. Whether you are a powerlifter getting ready for your next competition or wanting to get stronger and lose some inches, we can design the perfect individualized program.
Your program is sent weekly via email (On Sunday) After you do the workouts, provide me with feedback so we make the necessary adjustments for the next week. You will also have access to our private group page, where you can post questions or videos to be reviewed to insure proper technique.
